5. Appointments
We work by appointment and highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. When booking, please provide accurate contact details and honest information about your hair history and expectations. For certain complex treatments, we may require a brief consultation before your appointment can be fully confirmed. This allows us to allocate the perfect amount of time for your visit.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Short-notice changes significantly impact our salon's schedule and prevent us from offering that time to other clients. Please be aware of the following:
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment may affect your ability to book with us in the future.
Repeated late cancellations or last-minute changes may mean a deposit is required to secure your next appointment, or in some cases, result in us declining future bookings. We reserve the right to handle late cancellations or missed appointments on a case-by-case basis.
7. Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment so you can fully enjoy your scheduled service. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible!
Depending on your arrival time, please be aware of the following:
Your treatment may need to be adjusted to avoid delaying the next client. Arriving 15 minutes late or more may mean we no longer have enough time to your service, requiring us to reschedule your appointment.
Please note that Ido’s Hair cannot be held responsible for any limitations in your service caused by a late arrival.
8. No-Shows
Failing to attend an appointment without prior notice is considered a "no-show." As this leaves an empty spot in our schedule that could have been filled by another client, we take this matter seriously. In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to require a deposit to secure your next appointment, or to decline future bookings altogether.
9. Client Responsibility
To give you the best possible results, we need your help! We kindly ask that you provide honest and accurate information about your hair and treatment history.
Please let us know about: Previous color treatments, including box dye or henna Bleach, perms, or other chemical treatments Hair extensions Known hair damage or breakage Scalp sensitivities or allergies Pregnancy-related considerations (if relevant to the treatment)
If important details are omitted, it can negatively affect the final result or even compromise the health and safety of your hair. Please understand that Ido’s Hair cannot be held responsible for unexpected results, damage, or complications caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided to us.

If our stylists believe that a requested treatment might damage your hair, irritate your scalp, or lead to an unsafe or unrealistic result, we reserve the right to modify or decline the service.
